Account Executive B2B Sales Position

Experience : 1 – 4 years

Location : Bangalore

Job Type : Full-time

About the Role :

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Account Executive to join our B2B Inside Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships, and closing deals through phone, email, and virtual meetings. This is a high-growth role perfect for someone passionate about sales, client engagement, and building a career in B2B solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Prospect and generate leads through research, cold calls, emails, and inbound queries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
  • Present product offerings and demonstrate value to key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and track pipeline activity.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide regular reports and feedback on customer trends and competitive insights.

Requirements :

  • 1 – 4 years of experience in B2B inside sales, SaaS, or technology-driven industries.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
  • Passion for learning, self-motivation, and resilience in handling rejection.
