We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with 6 months to 2 years of experience in internal hiring. The role involves sourcing, screening, and managing end-to-end recruitment, ideal for a motivated team player eager to build strong talent pipelines and deliver a seamless hiring experience .
Roles & Responsibilities :
Design and implement effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs and craft accurate job descriptions.
Utilize multiple sourcing channels (job boards, social media, networks) to attract high-quality candidates.
Conduct thorough screening to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit; provide informed recommendations.
Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline and professional network for current and future hiring needs.
Stay updated on industry trends and contribute ideas for enhancing recruitment strategies.
Track and report key recruitment metrics; share actionable insights with leadership.
Consistently meet or exceed performance targets.
