- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline and professional network for current and future hiring needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and contribute ideas for enhancing recruitment strategies.
- Track and report key recruitment metrics; share actionable insights with leadership.
- Consistently meet or exceed performance targets.
