Responsibilities

Source candidates from platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals.

Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit.

Maintain a database of candidates and their progress in the recruitment process.

Schedule interview calls with the recruitment team after the initial screening.

Establish connections with placement third party hiring vendors to generate leads for

recruitment.

Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Quick learning ability to adapt to recruitment processes and tools.

Additional details :

Work Mode – Work from office- (Perungudi, Chennai)

Working days & Hours – (Monday - Saturday) & 8 hours a day.
