Senior PeopleSoft Process Analyst

Candidate should be able to :

Planning and executing data conversion activities (e.g., test data) and configuration

Working with business users to test Oracle PeopleSoft application components

Ability to solve problems involving several options.

Ability to effectively present information.

Ability to comprehend, analyze and interpret complex documents.

Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills.

Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to customers.

Proficiency with PeopleSoft Human Capital Management System (HCM)

Decisions made with a thorough understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve results and deadlines.

Experience leading requirements gathering and Fit-gap sessions

Bachelors degree with 8-10 years of experience
