Position Overview

The Solution Analyst (SA2) supports the AI for Delivery team by assisting in the design, configuration, and rollout of AI-enabled solutions within Copilot Studio and Power Platform.

As a junior citizen developer / business analyst, the SA2 gathers requirements, documents processes, edits prompts, and supports the configuration of AI agents. This is a career-building role where the analyst will gain exposure to enterprise transformation projects, working alongside senior team members to improve delivery speed and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis Support

• Work with SMEs and senior analysts to capture requirements, desired deliverables, and process variations.
• Document processes, data requirements, and expected outputs (e.g., file formats, templates).
• Contribute to project charters and solution use cases.
