Revenue Generation
- Achieve bank's objectives in terms of earnings, assets, liabilities, credit quality, etc., as per agreed budgets / targets across all product groups.
Relationship Management
Seek and acquire new client relationships by understanding financial needs and offering appropriate bank products and services.Manage client relationships end-to-end : need identification, advisory, deal structuring, and closure.Assess client banking needs and risk profiles to ensure optimal risk-reward balance for the bank.Communication & PR
Execute brand communication initiatives for designated products.Communicate product positioning and differentiation in the market effectively.Market Research
Demonstrate understanding of consumers, competitors, and market dynamics using both primary and secondary research.Credit Appraisal
Conduct in-depth analysis of income statements, balance sheets, financial ratios, cash flows, management quality, industry outlook, and economic environment.Documentation & Compliance
Maintain high standards of documentation, process compliance, and client communication on an ongoing basis.Skills Required
