Job Overview
As a Customer Success Associate in the Health & Life Insurance process, you will play a key role in engaging with potential customers and helping them choose the right insurance products. This is a domestic outbound process where your primary responsibility will be to connect with interested leads, understand their needs, and guide them through suitable insurance plans.
Key Responsibility Areas (KRA)
- Engage with interested leads to promote and explain suitable insurance products.
- Understand customer needs and recommend insurance plans that match their requirements.
- Resolve customer queries with a consultative approach, maintaining a professional and empathetic tone.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with process guidelines.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and sales conversion rates.
