Job descriptionEnd-to-end delivery across Power BI reporting, Databricks pipelines, and field alert systems. Governance of SLA adherence, quality control, and operational efficiency across workstreams. Stakeholder engagement, escalation management, and delivery assurance. Team leadership across data engineers, analysts, and ops specialists. Continuous improvement through automation, documentation, and process standardization. Power BI : report refreshes, publishing workflows, workspace governance. Databricks : job orchestration, data transformation, failure recovery. Field Alerts : rule-based & ML-driven alerting pipelines integrated with CRM systems. Bonus : exposure to data mastering / stewardship (HCP / HCO, product, territory data). 10+ years of experience with 35 years in delivery leadership roles. Strong command of reporting and data ops in pharma / life sciences domain. Proven ability to manage multi-skilled teams and offshore delivery governance. Familiarity with Agile / DevOps practices and CRM-integrated alerting systems (e.g., Veeva, Salesforce).
