Technical Project Manager (with Engineering Ops )

About the Role

We’re seeking a highly organized and technically fluent Technical Project Manager to drive excellence in software delivery across our engineering organization.

This is a hybrid role — combining 70% Technical Project Management (execution, coordination, and delivery) and 30% Engineering Operations (metrics, quality, and process optimization). You will ensure our projects are delivered predictably and efficiently, while improving the visibility, quality, and performance of our engineering organization through data and process excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Project Management (70%)

• Lead end-to-end project execution across multiple client and internal initiatives, ensuring on-time and in-scope delivery.
• Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives in collaboration with Delivery and Engineering leads.
• Translate solution architectures and estimates into actionable project plans and timelines.
• Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, and drive mitigation plans.
• Maintain project dashboards (scope, schedule, and budget) with clear visibility into progress and status.
• Facilitate communication and coordination between product, engineering, QA, and delivery stakeholders.
• Support delivery teams in client-facing technical discussions, demos, and milestone reviews.
• Ensure all engineering deliverables meet defined acceptance and quality criteria.
