Role Overview

As a Technical Sales Manager (Active LED Solutions), you will play a critical role in expanding Unilumin’s presence across your assigned territory. This is a client-facing, target-driven role that requires both technical knowledge of LED / AV solutions and strong business development skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively prospect, identify, and secure new clients for LED display and AV solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with system integrators and channel partners to drive business growth.
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations, highlighting features, energy efficiency, and ROI benefits.
• Negotiate and close sales agreements aligned with company pricing and policies.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat and referral business.
• Provide post-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth project delivery.
• Collaborate with internal technical and operations teams for seamless execution.
• Stay updated with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Submit timely sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management.
• Represent Unilumin professionally at client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
