- Should have atleat 7-9 years of expereince in Technical Dynamics Consultant to build customized solutions in the areas of Customer Service and Marketing, using workflows, plugins, UI customizations etc.
- Worked on different CRM / XRM versions.
- Implemented complete life cycle of least 4 to 5 projects
- Expertise technologies like HTML 5 , CSS, SOAP, REST, Angular JS, Javascript
- Worked on Javascript, Jquery, Workflow, business rules, Security & Authentications
- Experience in agile deliveries and tight timescale
- Also having done projects on premise / cloud, support, upgrade and Migrations.
- Must worked on D365 customization and configuration
- Knows the MS methodology well; able to articulate and understand the pain points of customer.
- Experience in Integration with third party applications.
- Aware of mobility in CRM.
- Worked on Office 365, Dynamics 365 and SharePoint API's.
- Marketing automation, RESCO, Scribe, Kingswaysoft, Click dimentions
- Design the solution to address the pain points and deliver it is one of the key responsibilities.
- Develop solutions, resolve the issues etc.
- Must have Certified on D365 CRM
- Microsoft Power Platform - MS PowerApps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power Virtual Agent , PowerBI
- He should be customer facing with excellent analytical and communication skills.
