Job Description :

• 6+ Years of experience in MS Dynamics CRM and configuration.
• Experience of, C#, .NET, JavaScript's, Power APPs / Power Automation .
• Responsible for mapping user requirements for effective Dynamics 365 technology solutions;
• Implement and maintain Dynamics 365 enterprise resource planning systems as needed;
• Provide supportfor external departments;
• Coordinate withusers for UAT Testing and signoff;
• Developing and testing new systems.
• Excellent communication, verbal, and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service skills and focus.
