Fleet Operations Manager

Job Title : Fleet Executive – Electric Vehicles (EV)

Experience : Minimum 2 Years

Education : BE / Diploma

Salary : Up to ₹35,000 CTC (₹29,460 Take Home)

We're looking for a Fleet Executive (EV) to manage and optimize daily operations of our electric vehicle fleet. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in EV maintenance, troubleshooting, and team coordination , ensuring smooth, efficient, and safe delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle all EV breakdowns , coordinating with technicians and helpers for quick resolution.
• Track and manage spare parts, batteries, chargers, and GPS devices , ensuring operational readiness.
• Provide remote troubleshooting support to riders via calls or digital platforms.
• Deploy timely on-ground or roadside assistance when required.
• Manage technician and helper schedules , ensuring adequate shift coverage.
• Collaborate with the operations team to minimize downtime and maintain service quality.
• Maintain accurate logs and reports on fleet status, repairs, and turnaround times.
