Manage a regional service operationCreation of opportunities by positioning right product, based on those needs.Manage the after-sales service processes from installation and commissioning of new equipment, to handling warranty period service processes and activities.Handle customer objections and complaints.Support the regional sales team for pre-sales and to achieve new and repeat business.Manage Dealer Network across West / North.Supervise and direct all dealer activities; including direct services sales comprising of annual service contract, parts sale, etc. and conduct periodic dealer reviews for process adherenceCritical Competencies for the Job :
