Assist in day-to-day accounting tasks, including but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.Assist in preparing and verifying invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.Support in reconciling bank statements and financial discrepancies.Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.Assist in generating basic financial reports and summaries.Support in responding to financial inquiries and providing basic accounting support.Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work independently and within a team. Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory) :
- Previous experience or internship in accounting or finance-related roles.
- Familiarity with financial regulations and principles.
- Knowledge of additional accounting software or ERP systems.
