- End-to-end HR Ops Handling
- Pre-Joining and Joining Formalities (Offer Generation, Induction, Onboarding)
- HRMS (Keka) Ownership
- Attendance & Leave Management
- Employee Engagement (including Rewards and Recognition)
- Performance Management
- Learning & Organizational Development
- Attrition Management & Grievance Handling
- Employer Branding
- HR Compliance Management & Audits
Desired Qualification and Experience :
Must be an MBA from a reputed institute with min. 3 yrs of experience in HR Ops preferablywith an IT organization
Must have prior experience of implementing HR processes through Keka HRMSDemonstrates high energy, ownership, and a strong drive for excellence in all HR functionsTeam player with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building trust and rapport across alllevels of the organization
Proven ability to work effectively with a team of 200+ IT professionals, fostering a culture ofengagement, continuous learning, and professional growth
Proficient in leveraging data and analytics to drive HR decisions and measure impactDesired Candidate Profile :
Develops people- and success-oriented environment with high ownershipPresents new ideas and kick starts new initiatives in alignment with leadership teamDemonstrates attention to detail and high quality work with first-time-right and on-timeapproach
Handles a broad range of HR functions across India & US along with HR records managementwhile working closely with talent acquisition, payroll, IT, business and leadership teams
Actively engages with floor employees to improve culture, build morale and increase retentionManages and resolves complex employee issues. Should be able to conduct effective,thorough, and objective conversations.
Prepares and publishes HR Dashboard periodically with key HR metrics and insightsPossesses strong business acumen and HR skills, including problem-solving, critical thinkingand agility. Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills is a must-have.
