JOB TITLE – CST EXECUTIVE (CLIENT SOLUTION TEAM)

JOB LOCATION- GOVINDPURI, DELHI

QUALIFICATION PREFERRED – GRADUATION IN RELEVANT FIELD

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED – 3-4 YEARS

Key Responsibilities :

• Act as a single point of contact for clients, ensuring effective coordination and project execution.
• Communicate professionally over email and calls to address client queries and project updates.
• Read and interpret technical drawings related to doors and partitions.
• Calculate door quantities and related hardware accessories required for projects.
• Work efficiently on the ERP portal for project tracking and data management.
• Maintain project data and reports using MS Excel.
• Collaborate with internal teams (production, logistics, sales & projects) to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure timely follow-ups with clients and internal teams for project progress and delivery.
