About the Team :

Quality Team plays a crucial role in producing components for automobiles. It helps Cost reduction, Identify the issues, Maintaining the supply chain, improve the product quality, Sustainability & etc.

What you can look forward to as DM / AM - Supplier Quality (m / f / d) :

• Be the CVS 'one face to supplier' regarding APQP process in the dedicated Region.
• Lead all CVS APQP process linked to one or more defined suppliers (delivering all Regions)
• Release supplier PPAP in agreement with the delivering plant SQA
• Ensuring quality in projects to achieve zero defects and flowless lunches
• Perform process audit (acc. VDA 6.3 / technical checklist) at assigned suppliers. Track to closure open action item list at suppliers
• Manage supplier development activities linked to escalation level 2
• Support supplier development activities when required by SQA
• Support resolution of supplier claims when required by SQA
• Evaluation of risk analysis
• Lead technology workshops to screen technology and manufacturing practices at the suppliers
• Approve and follow change requests coming from suppliers and internally
• Technical leading of cross-functional teams tracking of all project tasks regarding supplier development activities .
• Preparation and execution of project meetings and steering committees.
• Preparation of decision templates and presentations for the steering committee including escalation recommendations and action tracking.
