Job Summary : Stellantis is seeking a highly skilled SAP PPQM and PM Module Consultant to join our Center of Excellence (COE) team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in SAP Production Planning and Quality Management (PPQM) and Plant Maintenance (PM) modules. This role involves reviewing, analysing, and evaluating business processes to propose solutions, configure SAP components, support end-user training, and manage operational tracks for implementation and deployment.

Key Responsibilities : 1. Business Analysis and Solution Design : o Review, analyse, and evaluate business processes and requirements. o Propose business solutions by understanding the existing landscape for incidents and change requests.

2. SAP Configuration and Maintenance : o Configure and maintain relevant SAP S / 4HANA components, including Production Planning, Production Scheduling, and Quality Management. o Document configurations and processes.

3. End-User Training and Support : o Support business users in delivering end-user training. o Provide overall maintenance and support.

4. Data Management : o Support Extract, Transform, and Cleanse data objects.

5. Operational Tracks Management : o Create and manage SAP Operational tracks to implement or deploy capabilities as required. o Conduct gap analysis on existing solutions, end-to-end process design, testing strategy, training, etc.

6. Functional Specifications and Development Coordination : o Create functional specifications for change requests (interfaces, conversions, enhancements, reports, and forms). o Guide the development of programs within the development team.

7. Global Coordination : o Coordinate with the global team on all changes related to SAP PP / QM and interfaces. o Provide detailed analysis of potential system changes, develop / support agreed solutions, and test system changes.

8. Prime Contact for Operational Deliverables : o Act as the prime point of contact for all operational deliverables in the PP / QM area. o Handle escalations related to PP / QM.

9. Cross-functional Collaboration : o Work closely with other IT team members from Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, customer-facing, Security, Data Migration, Basis, and PIPO, as well as business stakeholders and subject matter experts.

Skills and Expertise :  Master Data Management : Material Master – PP / QM – Discrete manufacturing setup with Variant configuration.  Engineering Change Management.  Material Forecast, Planned Independent Requirement & Customer Independent Requirement, SOP & LTP, MPS.  Configuration Simulation.  MRP, Planned order, and Production Order.  Serial Number & Batch Management.  Product Cost Planning.  Interfaces and AL11 Directory.  Quality Planning, Inspection, Notification, Control, and Reporting. Specific Requirements :  Must be based in Chennai and able to travel to the plant when necessary.  Minimum of 6 years of experience, with significant exposure to operational ticket handling & should have handled minimum 2-3 Greenfield SAP projects.  Preferably with SAP HANA background.  Ability to work in shifts upon request.
