Redian Software - Quality Assurance Lead - Automation Testing

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the design, development, and maintenance of test automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API-based applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other QA engineers to understand requirements and build comprehensive test strategies.
• Write and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Appium, TestNG, JUnit, Postman, RestAssured, etc.
• Drive CI / CD integration for automated test execution using platforms such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
• Monitor and report test results, track defects, and support teams in root cause analysis and resolution.
• Mentor and guide junior QA team members and ensure adherence to testing best practices.
• Contribute to performance, regression, and integration testing efforts.
• Continuously evaluate and improve QA processes, tools, and documentation to ensure high-quality

releases.
