CNC Operator

Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled and experienced CNC Operators with hands-on experience in 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis machining centers . The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of machine setup, tool selection, basic G-code programming, and be able to interpret complex technical drawings. Experience in machining aerospace-grade materials such as titanium, Inconel, and composites will be a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities :

• Set up and operate 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis CNC machining centers .
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T symbols, and process sheets .
• Select and install tools, fixtures, and programs as per production requirements.
• Make offset adjustments and minor program edits as needed.
• Inspect first articles and perform in-process quality checks using measuring tools (micrometer, caliper, height gauge, CMM).
• Maintain cleanliness and accuracy of the machine and work environment.
• Maintain production documentation and logbooks .
• Troubleshoot machining problems and suggest process improvements.
• Collaborate with the programming and QC teams to ensure compliance with part specifications.
