Job descriptionProven experience in CNC programming, preferably with Fanuc, Siemens, or similar controls. Strong understanding of G-code and M-code programming languages. Experience in operating CNC lathes, mills, or machining centers. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with NX - CAM software for programming and design. Knowledge of machining tools, materials, and processes.
Description
We are seeking an experienced NC Programmer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC programming and operation, with the ability to produce high-quality precision parts.
Responsibilities
- Program and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine machining operations.
- Set up tools and fixtures for CNC machines to ensure accurate production.
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes and product quality.
