Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented executive to lead our team of Career Consultants. This is a critical internal leadership role focused on ensuring the highest standards of quality and accuracy to monitor job application processes. The ideal candidate will be a meticulous leader with a passion for process excellence, responsible for managing, leading, and auditing the work of the team.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead, manage, and supervise a team of career consultants responsible for processing candidate applications.
Conduct daily audits and cross-verify the work of all team members to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with our standards.
Identify common errors, provide constructive feedback, and deliver training to the team to improve overall quality and efficiency.
Act as the final checkpoint for critical processes, ensuring zero mistakes before tasks are completed.
Track and report on team performance metrics related to quality, accuracy, and productivity.
Foster a culture of extreme attention to detail and accountability within the team.
Requirements and Qualifications :
Experience : A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience.
Leadership Experience : At least minimum of 2+ years of proven experience managing and leading a large team, ideally in a quality-focused or process-driven environment.
Background : Experience in recruitment operations, quality assurance, HR administration, or a similar field where you were responsible for auditing the work of a team.
Quality Assurance Skills : Demonstrated experience in cross-checking, verifying, or auditing processes for quality and accuracy. You must have a proven track record of managing a team to produce error-free work.
Communication Skills : Impeccable fluency in English (both written and verbal) is essential for training the team and creating process documents.
Technical Skills : Excellent browsing and digital literacy skills. Must be comfortable learning and using various online platforms and tools.
Strongly preferred :
US recruitment within a staffing or recruitment company
Must have knowledge on US visa terminology and sponsorships
