We are seeking a motivated and versatile HR and Recruiter Head to lead our Human Resources and IT Recruitment functions . This role requires a professional with strong skills in HR management, IT recruitment, and talent acquisition . The candidate will be responsible for building and executing HR strategies, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, and ensuring the organization attracts, retains, and nurtures top talent.
The ideal candidate should bring a balance of strategic HR leadership and hands-on recruitment expertise , particularly in IT hiring. Key Responsibilities
Human Resources (HR) Management
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems aligned with organizational goals.
- Oversee employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, induction, engagement, performance management, and exit.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
- Drive employee retention, motivation, and workplace culture initiatives.
- Collaborate with leadership to forecast manpower needs and workforce planning.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes with a focus on IT hiring .Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through multiple recruitment channels.Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and design job descriptions.Conduct interviews, manage assessments, and facilitate smooth hiring decisions.Manage recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and cost-per-hire.Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for critical technical and business roles.Leadership & Strategy
Act as a strategic partner to leadership in shaping HR and recruitment strategies.Mentor and manage HR and recruitment teams to achieve business objectives.Foster a positive work culture that encourages collaboration, inclusivity, and productivity.Implement employee engagement programs to enhance job satisfaction and retention.HR Operations & Analytics
Maintain HR records and manage HRIS systems effectively.Conduct periodic HR audits and generate HR and recruitment reports.Monitor employee performance, provide feedback frameworks, and support career development.Track and analyze HR / recruitment trends to provide actionable insights to leadership.Qualifications & Skills
Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Experience : Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in Human Resources and IT Recruitment .Core Competencies :Strong understanding of HR policies, employee relations, and compliance .Expertise in IT recruitment and managing high-volume hiring.Proficiency in recruitment platforms, ATS systems, and HRIS tools.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.Ability to balance strategic HR leadership with operational execution.
