About the Role :

We are hiring a Guest Service Associate (GSA) for Pyramid Cafe Lounge & Bar, Meerut . The ideal candidate should be customer-oriented, well-presented, and passionate about providing excellent service to our guests in a lively lounge and bar environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Welcome and greet guests warmly with a professional attitude.
• Take and serve food & beverage orders efficiently.
• Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and ready for service.
• Assist guests with menu recommendations and maintain product knowledge.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar team for smooth service.
• Handle billing, payments, and resolve guest concerns courteously.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards at all times.
