About The Role

As a Brand Service Associate at Reconsult, you'll work at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and business . This role is designed for young professionals eager to grow their careers in brand and marketing consulting while gaining exposure across diverse industries. You'll work collaboratively and independently on client projects, managing everything from research and execution to content creation and business development in an environment that encourages ownership and growth. In addition, the role involves leading outreach efforts, onboarding your own clients, and growing a personal client portfolio , while also contributing to Reconsult's overall growth and sharpening your skills in creative problem-solving, design thinking, and strategy-driven execution .

Preferred Background

• 1–2 years of structured work experience in marketing, brand management, or similar.
• Candidates with less experience may be considered if they demonstrate strong professional exposure through internships, client projects, or agency roles .
• The ideal candidate would have :
• Interest in design thinking and creative problem-solving.
• Ability to work with organized data and use AI + productivity tools to enhance outputs.
• Exposure to Canva , GSuite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) , editing tools , and digital marketing platforms .
• A strong marketing mindset with proven application in professional settings.
