Job Overview :

Hiring for Recruitment Executive to manage the recruitment process .

The ideal candidate will have a passion for identifying and hiring top talent possess excellent communication skills and a keen eye for assessing candidates fit within our organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs source interview and select candidates.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles within the company.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and organizational needs.
• Source candidates through job boards social media headhunting referrals and networking events.
• Screen resumes conduct initial phone / in person interviews and evaluate candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Administer pre-employment assessments and background checks.
• Maintain candidate database and track recruitment metrics.
• Negotiate job offers and coordinate the hiring process including offer letters and contracts.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay updated on industry trends recruitment technologies and best practices.
• Collaborate with the onboarding team.
