Job Overview :
Hiring for Recruitment Executive to manage the recruitment process .
The ideal candidate will have a passion for identifying and hiring top talent possess excellent communication skills and a keen eye for assessing candidates fit within our organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs source interview and select candidates.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles within the company.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and organizational needs.
- Source candidates through job boards social media headhunting referrals and networking events.
- Screen resumes conduct initial phone / in person interviews and evaluate candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Administer pre-employment assessments and background checks.
- Maintain candidate database and track recruitment metrics.
- Negotiate job offers and coordinate the hiring process including offer letters and contracts.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on industry trends recruitment technologies and best practices.
- Collaborate with the onboarding team.
Requirements :
Masters degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn job boards ATS systems).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment best practices.Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle confidential information.Preferred Skills :
Should be able to handle bulk hiring or niche recruitment.Knowledge of HR software and systems.Qualifications : Graduation
