Job Description :

We are seeking a creative and driven Marketing Associate to join our team. The Marketing Associate will play a key role in supporting various marketing initiatives aimed at driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement.

Responsibilities :

• Content Creation :  Assist in the creation of engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, blog posts, and website content.
• Social Media Management :  Manage and grow our presence on social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn), including content scheduling, community engagement, and influencer outreach.
• Email Marketing :  Support the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, including drafting compelling copy, segmenting audiences, and analyzing campaign performance.
• Analytics and Reporting :  Track and analyze key marketing metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Collaboration :  Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product manufacturing, sales, and customer service, to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives.
• Event Support :  Provide logistical support for marketing events, trade shows, and promotions as needed.
• Team Co-ordination  - Maintain smooth workflow and tracking of all work being done by various freelancers for the company.
