POSITION PURPOSE :

To drive sales and expand market share for Soudal products (sealants, adhesives, foams, etc.) in Kozhikode and surrounding regions by managing channel partners, building relationships with influencers (contractors, applicators, architects), and ensuring timely collections and market feedback. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the territory
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and channel partners
• Promote the full range of Soudal products to distributors, retailers, and influencers
• Ensure regular stock replenishment and proper display at retail counters
• Monitor and improve secondary sales
• Collect and analyze competitor activities, pricing, and product feedback
• Share insights with product and marketing teams for strategic decision-making
• Maintain daily / weekly reports using CRM or sales reporting tools
• Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to company credit policy

Coordinate with logistics and customer service for timely deliveries.
