Lead Data Quality Manager

We are seeking a hands-on Data Quality Engineer to lead efforts in improving the quality, consistency, and usability of marketing data across the enterprise. This individual contributor role is part of the manager cohort and requires a blend of engineering expertise , stakeholder engagement, and data governance awareness. The ideal candidate will partner closely with marketing stakeholders to proactively identify data quality issues, define requirements and metrics, and implement automated, scalable solutions using Informatica, Python, and SQL.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead data quality initiatives across the Data Engineering, Analytics, and Business Intelligence teams, ensuring high standards of data integrity, completeness, and accuracy.

Collaborate with the Data Desk team to identify and address recurring data quality issues, leveraging insights from manual fixes to inform automation strategies.

Perform in-depth data profiling to assess data health, uncover anomalies, and guide remediation efforts.

Partner with data engineers to design and implement data pipelines that enhance data quality and streamline remediation processes.

Define, develop, and maintain data quality metrics (KPIs), dashboards, and reports to monitor performance across marketing and other business zones.

Implement and optimize data quality processes and procedures, with a strong emphasis on automation to reduce manual intervention.

Engage with stakeholders across business zones to understand their data quality needs and provide strategic, actionable recommendations.

Stay current on industry best practices and emerging technologies related to data quality, profiling, and automation.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science , Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.

Minimum of 7+ years of experience in data quality management, data governance, or a similar role.

Demonstrated success in leading data quality initiatives and implementing enterprise-level data quality frameworks.

Strong experience with data profiling techniques to assess completeness, accuracy, consistency, and identify anomalies or quality issues.

Deep understanding of data engineering concepts, with hands-on proficiency in Informatica, Python, and SQL.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and business domains.

Familiarity with metadata management, data cataloging, and data quality tools and technologies is a plus.
