(Immediate Start) Oracle HCM Functional Architect

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud modules, HR business processes, and enterprise architecture. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to translate HR requirements into scalable and efficient system solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as the lead architect for Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and enhancements.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical designs.
• Design end-to-end HCM solutions across modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Talent Management, Compensation, and Time & Labor.
• Provide subject matter expertise on Oracle HCM Cloud architecture and best practices.
• Lead solution design workshops and stakeholder meetings.
• Define integration strategy with third-party systems (payroll, benefits, ERP, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR).
• Oversee solution development, configuration, and deployment in collaboration with development and QA teams.
• Guide data migration strategy and assist with data conversion activities.
• Provide governance and oversight during project execution and support phases.
• Develop technical and functional documentation.
• Mentor junior team members and provide thought leadership in Oracle HCM capabilities.
