4–15 years’ experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM (Payroll + other modules).
Expertise in Core HR, Absence, Benefits, Payroll, OTL, Talent Management configuration.
Lead RFP responses, collaborate with sales & technical teams.
Map business requirements, identify fit / gap & provide solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve functional HCM issues.
Conduct client demos, workshops, training & documentation.
Collaborate on reports, interfaces, data conversion, extensions.
Test & validate technical components, resolve implementation issues.
Oversee offshore deliverables and ensure client satisfaction.
Act as SME for Oracle HCM Cloud Global HR.
Experience in workflows, security, OTBI reports.
Strong presentation, communication & teamwork skills.
Familiar with Agile / Iterative methodologies.
Bachelor’s / MBA (HRMS) preferred.
