Key Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle HCM Security Modules across multiple clients.
- Gather business requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and design scalable security
solutions.
Configure and support Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Data Security Policies, and Custom Role Design within Oracle HCM Cloud.Ensure compliance with security standards and manage access controls across HCM modules.Provide post-implementation support and resolve critical security and access-related issues.Collaborate with stakeholders, HR teams, auditors, and technical consultants to ensure secure project delivery.Document functional specifications, test scenarios, and lead UAT cycles for security setups.Mentor and guide team members on Oracle HCM Security best Skills :6+ years of overall Oracle HCM Functional experience.Minimum 3 full-cycle implementations of Oracle HCM Security Modules.Strong knowledge of Security Console, Role Provisioning, Duty Roles, Aggregate Privileges, and data security policies.Expertise in security troubleshooting, audits, and enhancements in HCM Cloud.Ability to handle critical access control issues independently.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Good to Have :
Exposure to other Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Benefits).Oracle HCM Cloud Security Certification (preferred)(ref : hirist.tech)
