Job descriptionBudgeting & Projections : Create yearly projections and ensure the achievement of targets in Data Analysis : Conduct data analysis to guide pricing strategy and strategic decision-making. Negotiations & Client Relations : Frequent travel required for negotiations and building Team Handling : Lead and manage a team of 3-4 members, ensuring effective collaboration and Reporting : Provide regular reports as per management requirements. Experience : Minimum 10+ years of experience in the B2B channel, project orders, government Behaviour : Should be aggressive, ownership-driven, a go-getter, organized, and possess critical Technical Knowledge : Strong technical expertise relevant to the industry. Experience in government and private tenders and handling GEM portal is a must.
