Project Manager

About the Role :

We are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams and ensure successful delivery of projects on time, within scope, and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of project management methodologies.

Key Responsibilities :

Plan and manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless execution.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines and budget.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders and senior management.
Lead regular project meetings and maintain clear documentation.
Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

master's Degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field.

3+ years of proven experience managing projects end-to-end.

Strong understanding of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, Trello).

Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.

Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
