Job Title : Sr. Manager Project Sales
Location : Mumbai
Qualification : BE (Engineering Degree)
Job Responsibilities :
- Sales & Marketing : Handle PAN India sales and marketing for project orders, including
government (GOVT) and private (PVT) sector approvals.
Budgeting & Projections : Create yearly projections and ensure the achievement of targets inalignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
Data Analysis : Conduct data analysis to guide pricing strategy and strategic decision-making.Negotiations & Client Relations : Frequent travel required for negotiations and buildingrelationships with stakeholders.
Team Handling : Lead and manage a team of 3-4 members, ensuring effective collaboration andproductivity.
Reporting : Provide regular reports as per management requirements.Desired Skills :
Experience : Minimum 10+ years of experience in the B2B channel, project orders, governmenttenders, private tenders, and GEM portal.
Behaviour : Should be aggressive, ownership-driven, a go-getter, organized, and possess criticalthinking skills.
Technical Knowledge : Strong technical expertise relevant to the industry.Additional Information :
Experience in government and private tenders and handling GEM portal is a must.
