Key Responsibilities

Manage daily

backup and restore operations

using Rubrik application.

Monitor backup jobs, troubleshoot failures, and ensure data integrity.

Provide support for IT operations related to backup infrastructure.

Collaborate with IT and business teams to meet recovery objectives.

Document backup procedures and adhere to compliance / security standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in

IT Operations

with a focus on

Backup & Restore

Hands-on experience with

Rubrik application

(mandatory).

Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Knowledge of ITIL processes and BFSI domain exposure is an advantage
