Product and Trend Knowledge : Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current jewelry trends, gemstones, and product details. Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain a strong customer base through excellent service and follow-up. Inventory and Stock : Assist with managing inventory and stock levels. Target Achievement : Work with the team to meet and exceed sales targets. Qualifications and skillsEducation : A high school diploma is often required, with a background in gemology being advantageous. Experience : Previous retail or sales experience, especially in luxury goods or jewelry, is beneficial. Skills : Strong sales and customer service skills.
