Production Oversight : Guide and collaborate with craftsmen and manufacturers throughout the production process, ensuring designs are accurately translated into physical pieces. Trend Research : Stay informed about current jewelry design trends, market innovations, and emerging styles to create relevant and fashionable pieces. Quality Control : Ensure that all finished pieces meet high standards for quality, durability, and safety.
