Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented TA Partner – Volume Hiring to join our Talent Acquisition team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will bring prior experience in high-volume recruitment, specifically within the Gold Loan industry, and will be responsible for hiring field sales and operations roles critical to Rupeek’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

Volume Hiring Execution

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for field roles (sales / operations) in a high-volume hiring environment.
• Develop and execute scalable sourcing strategies to meet aggressive hiring targets.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and define role-specific hiring plans.
