We are seeking a Senior Business & Technical Analyst to provide business and technical support for our analytics and digitization products. This is a key role where you will act as a subject matter expert, leading a sustain team to resolve user issues, drive process improvements, and ensure the stability and efficiency of financial and economic modeling solutions. You will be instrumental in a digital transformation environment, working with various stakeholders to translate complex systems into simple, actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical & Business Support : Provide business and technical support to users by resolving defects, offering process training, and escalating issues based on defined support models. You will be a point of escalation for unresolved concerns from user senior leadership.
- Team Leadership & Management : Lead the Anansi Sustain team in providing business and technical support. You will establish and oversee the prioritization of support activities, including defects and enhancements, ensuring all tasks are completed within required Service Level Agreements.
- Process & Data Optimization : Utilize your deep process expertise to identify opportunities for process improvement, particularly for global processes. You will analyze data flows to identify and resolve issues, aiming for process standardization and enhancement.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Partner with the Digital Product Sustain Lead, Finance teams, and Technology partners to support product design, implementation, and operation. You will use your influencing skills to build alignment and resolve complex matters with various stakeholders.
- Documentation & Training : Use your organized and detail-oriented approach to manage tasks and timelines. You will also provide training on business processes and demonstrate the ability to quickly learn and apply new concepts.
