Salesforce Functional Business Analyst - Manufacturing / Automotive Domain

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Functional Business Analyst with strong expertise in the Manufacturing / Automotive domain . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud along with proven capability in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional design, and business process alignment. This role requires excellent stakeholder management, communication skills, and the ability to drive end-to-end functional solutions while acting as a Product Owner.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• 7-10 years of overall experience, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant Salesforce experience.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Proven experience in Automotive or Manufacturing domains.
• Good understanding of Dealer Management Systems (DMS), Order Management, and Sales / Service processes.
• Hands-on experience with requirement analysis, functional specifications, and documentation.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile / Scrum preferred).
• Experience in testing, UAT execution, and training.
• Ability to lead requirement workshops, solution assessments, and stakeholder discussions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Salesforce Admin knowledge (preferred certification : Salesforce Certified Administrator).

Work Mode : 5 days work from office (WFO)
