Role : Monetization Ops Associate

What You’ll Do
Manage End-to-End Targeted Marketing Campaigns
Own the development and execution of marketing campaigns across Push, SMS, WhatsApp, and other owned channels.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft compelling content and messaging tailored to specific customer segments.
Support the design and execution of A / B tests to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize performance.
Conduct market research to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improving campaign outcomes.
Performance Reporting and Analysis
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across campaigns.
Create detailed reports to evaluate campaign impact and ROI.
Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations for future campaign improvements.
Content Development
Conceptualize and develop innovative and engaging content ideas for marketing campaigns.
Ensure all content aligns with audience preferences, brand tone, and campaign objectives.
Marketing Tech Enablement
Work hands-on with campaign management and ad-serving platforms such as
Moloco, Osmos, Citrus Ads , or similar SaaS marketing tools.
Leverage analytics platforms like
CleverTap
and
Mixpanel
for campaign optimization and performance tracking.
Who Should Apply
Bachelor’s degree in
Marketing, Business, Communications , or related field.
Minimum
2 years of experience
in marketing operations, campaign management, or digital marketing.
Strong understanding of marketing principles, campaign execution, and performance measurement.
Proficiency in
Advanced Excel ,
SQL , and familiarity with
marketing analytics tools .
Excellent communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
