Job descriptionPrepare and maintain accurate financial statements including balance sheet, P&L, cash flow, and ledgers. Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing. Ensure compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and company policies. Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and Income Tax returns. Manage tax audits, statutory audits, and internal audits. Ensure compliance with MCA, RBI, and other regulatory requirements Monitor vendor payments, purchase invoices, and reconciliations. Manage receivables, collections, and debtor ageing reports. Ensure timely processing of payroll, reimbursements, and expense vouchers. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Analyze financial data and provide insights to management. Identify cost-saving opportunities and support decision-making. Coordinate with statutory auditors and internal auditors. Prepare audit schedules and documentation. Ensure smooth audit completion and compliance closure. Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow. Manage fund transfers, LC / Bank limits, and loan documentation.
