Key Responsibilities
- Engage with business stakeholders and power users to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements related to project management, resource planning, financials, and delivery processes in Kantata.
- Develop detailed functional specifications, user stories, and requirements documents aligned with business objectives and integration needs.
- Lead requirement workshops and solution discussions with cross-functional teams, driving clarity and consensus.
- Work closely with Salesforce CRM and Sage Intacct integration teams to ensure seamless data flow and business process continuity across systems.
- Analyze gaps between current and target operating models and propose scalable solutions leveraging Kantata's capabilities.
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by preparing test cases, coordinating testing cycles, and validating outcomes against requirements.
- Collaborate with implementation partners and internal IT to ensure successful configuration, rollout, and user adoption of Kantata.
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology or ERP / PSA transformation projects.Strong functional knowledge of Kantata — including project management, resource management, billing, and time tracking modules.Prior experience in integrations between Kantata and Salesforce CRM / Sage Intacct is highly desirable.Solid understanding of end-to-end business processes in professional services — project delivery, finance, and resource planning.Proven experience in preparing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process documentation.Excellent communication skills — able to lead discussions with business users, power users, and client stakeholders confidently.Hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.Skills Required
