MonoSpear - Business Analyst

About the Role :

We're looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will be the key link between our business stakeholders and our technical teams.

You will be responsible for understanding business needs, gathering and documenting requirements, and translating them into clear, actionable specifications for developers and designers.

You will play a crucial part in the entire project lifecycle, from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring that our solutions not only meet but exceed business expectations.

Job Responsibilities :

• Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and end-users to understand their business processes, challenges, and needs.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to elicit and document detailed business requirements.
• Analyze and translate business needs into clear, concise, and comprehensive functional and non-functional requirements.
• Create and maintain essential project documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams.
• Utilize modeling techniques to visualize and represent business processes and systems.
• Collaborate with technical teams (developers, architects, QA) to design and validate technical solutions that meet documented requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring everyone has a clear understanding of project scope, progress, and changes.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences and business needs to technical teams.
• Support the project manager in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Manage and prioritize the requirements backlog for development sprints in an Agile environment.
• Assist in creating test plans, conducting user acceptance testing (UAT), and verifying that the final solution meets the original requirements.
• Analyze data to identify trends, draw insights, and support business decisions.
• Work with data teams to define data requirements for reporting and analytics.
• Identify opportunities to optimize business processes and improve efficiency.
• Propose and present solutions that leverage technology to drive business value.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
