1.Profound ABAP development experience and good in Performance Tuning

2.Knowledge on all RICEF components

3.Good in ABAP Workbench, Report Programming, Screen Programming, Module Pool, Exits, BADI`s

4.Ability to write good technical design

5.Sound knowledge in Object Oriented Programming Principles

6.Experience / usages of Code Inspector / ATC, Transport Request tool & having review skill.

7.Strong analytical, Design and problem-solving skills

8.Ability to work independently, and desire to learn, innovates & explores new topics.

9.Good to have native HANA experience

10.Good to have oData knowledge

11.Good verbal & written communication skills
