Job purpose :
The SAP ABAP Team Lead is responsible for leading the SAP ABAP development team, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and maintaining the SAP system's performance, reliability, and :
- Lead and manage the SAP ABAP development team to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Oversee the design, development, testing, and implementation of SAP ABAP programs and enhancements.
- Innovate by developing advanced solutions and exploring new technologies for implementation.
- Collaborate with functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and SAP guidelines.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and risks to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
Qualifications :
8- 10 years of experience in SAP ABAP development.Extensive experience with SAP ABAP programming, including reports, enhancements, forms, interfaces and workflows.Degree in Computer Science, Information System, or similar.SAP certification in the area of specialty and Project Management Tools like Jira / CHARM / ITSM Tools.Knowledge of SAP HANA, CDS Views, and OData services.Strong understanding of business processes and SAP modules.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Core Skills required :
